Entered '51 Chevy in 1st carshow
Well guys, I just got the car show letter from the local carshow I entered the Rambler in last year... pre registration was $6 and it's july 5th.. I figure the Chevy will take about 2 months to finish, so I entered it to set the goal.. I'm not going to rush it, cause I'll still get free entry and a goodie bag even w/o a car, so it's money not wasted...
I'm probably going to call the allignment shop and make an appointment for mid june, as that will be the last mechanical check
I have to have it painted by the end of may to meet the deadlinesYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
