It still will take a lot of money to complete it, probably $5,000 if you can get all the hook ups. Of course you can always look for a cheap donor. Most any 70's GM car is a good canidate, drivers are better. Guess it depends on what you want when it is done. I started mine with a $500 frame and body deal at the swap meet. Scored a free rear axle, engine and tranny from a friend and some other deals. Good luck and have fun, there are not too many rules to building these things other than make it safe.
