I've completely overhauled the streering gear in my '47' Ford coupe, and it still has a slow leak. Can't find info on what was used out of the factory, so I dropped in the heaviest lube I could find,140w.So, back to square one. A friend of mine's got a '40' ,he said he used axle grease in his . Doesn't sound right.Anybody got any ideas.
