I am trying to buy a 35 chevy master 3 window coupe with suicide doors from Texas. No motor or tranny, rolling and no interior or glass. What should be a reasonable ballpark price for this car all steel without shipping?

if the body is in good shape, 1000 would be a ggod starting bid.
I will check on the wood when I look at it thanks. They probably have whopper termites in Texas. Keeps the old 33-35 all steel Chevys to a low abundance level on the antique and street rod scene.
In New York State how am I going to get this car registered without any paprework? The vehicle body tags are on it still but I don't have a Texas registration or a title to use for getting it set up here in NYS. Can I treat it like a kit car to get it registered?
I'll see if the DMV can be helpful for a change.
I will be low and he will be high priced of course so maybe we can get agreement in the middle somewhere.
It all depends...
You said the top is chopped so it sounds like it is someone else's project...
Is it a stock chassis or has someone built a chassis, what type of front and rear suspension, what kind of breaks... What is the quality of the workmanship, is the sheetmetal straight and ready for paint...
I have seen rollers go for as much as $25,000 depending on the level of workmanship...
It might be worth $500 - $25,000 it all just depends on the condition...
