Hey man, it's comming along nicely. I am working on it slowly. Having one slight problem with it now that I pressure washed the engine compartment. No power to starter when I turn the key. I jump the terminals with a screwdriver or such and it cranks right over. I think the water just caused some rust and no ground or connection. I am going out in 15 minutes to work on it and start tearing it down for POR15 on the floors, body work and front floor pans.
Since the seats and headliner are like brand new with no tears or wear and I dont have $350 per seat to recover I plan to stick to a color that will fit the green but I will put in the original Fawn (tan) colored carpet, door panels and possibly paint the dash this color or around the doors and such to match. Later down the road when the car is finished I can change the headliner and seats to tan. No need to fix or change something if it isn't broke.

That is the color I want to go with. Similar to the green they put on these cars but it's a Chrysler Cactus color. $90 bucks a quart in diamont (sp) base. I got two gallons of black primer for the car now and all my bondo I will need for it. SPI primer and clear, then that base coat. Any other ideas on a color? I am not set on that color yet but I do want a classy color, nothing crazy like heavy flake or kandy, etc.www.streamlineautocare.com
