Who manufactures short steering columns? 18", 24",etc.

Hello Everyone! ... I read an add awhile back about a company that manufactures short steering columns. 18", 24" & maybe I even saw a 12". They also had a complete metal set-up to install there columns under your dash. But I can't remember who makes them! Does anyone know who makes these? Thanks! Bill

Chevy Lumina - fairly sure - has a short column stock.

A friend gave me one to experiment with, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

My main interest was seeing what it would take to set up the tilt on one of my ball bearing home-made steering columns.
