The fun is in the build. Took me 9 years to build a '40 ford and it still lacked paint and int.

Anytime you see a nice hot rod it makes you wonder how much time the guy had into it. Mine might get painted this winter. Almost 5 years.

I'm right there with you too. I have been in a rut for about two months now. Tomorrow I will finally have a day off, with all the parts I need, to work on the long block. Then it's back to the body and chasis, before the engine can go in, then wiring, guages more paint and primer, welding, exhaust.... it never ends, but the fun is in doing as much of it myself, and pacing myself budget wise too! Hang in there, it will be great to see it through and enjoy driving it!

If you did'nt have troubles while building it, you would'nt have the same appreciation for it when it gets done. Most everyone goes through some sort of trials and tribulations during a build or a refurb.
Hang in there! It'll come together.Go Hokies!!!!!! ACC CHAMPS '04,'07,'08

John's ride to the cemetery, his beloved Billings OK bus, The Baby Elephant!! Traveling in style!! As his service was starting I couldn't figure out what the music was, heavy on a flute in a jaunty...
