This is a vacuum booster in the brake line directly after the master cylinder and uses engine vacuum to boost line pressure.....I think
I would like to install a direct replacement but cannot find a manufacturer name.
The tag has C-3400-G on the top line and 365 85 A P on the bottom line.
Can anyone help?

Looks like an old hydrovac unit..... Maybe a Bendix part number.....
Silly question, but what did you take it off of?
Early T-Birds used a setup similar to that. Not identical, so it's off something else.
It came of my 30 Ford. The master cylinder is under the floor and it doesn’t have room for the diaphragm witch is 7” in diameter.
If you happen to know about when the car was built, it might be a clue about the age of that type master cylinder.
