Thought I would post up some pictures of the truck. We just got it running about 3 weeks ago. Its still not finished. Waiting on a cowl hood, it will be functional.

Nice ride!
Thanks guys. I pulled a 1200HP motor out, to install this one. I went to the track last week. What makes the motor so great is I can drive it, race it & enjoy it, all on pump gas. I have a turbo 400 tranny now. I am going to put a new 2000 stall with 3.23 rear gears, to make it even more street friendly.Right now the stall an gear are a little much. But I wanted a base line at the track with this set up, And then with the stall an gear change, I will go back to the track an see how much I slow it down.
A very cool truck! Nice to have the best of both worlds. What are you using for an ECU? And what is the foam material you are using at the bottom of the air cleaner?

Speartech reworked the PCM that came with the motor. I have a cowl hood being made, And it is going to be functional. The foam will help seal it off from the engine. I will put more foam on the hood to finish sealing the scoop to the air box in the picture.Quote:

I started a thread on this yesterday: http://www.clubhotrod.com/forums/sho...d.php?p=317874

Lowes or Home Depot. I got mine at Home Depot. I used spray adhesive 3M brand to glue it down.Quote:
