sounds great Bobby. congratulations
Thanks yardgirl it is exciting its been so long smiling ear to ear here .
Congrats on the starting and running of the stang, I bet you were happy to hear it run. Now if you were 10 years younger you could have finished the video off with a really cool and dramatic backflip. But that was good enough.
I heard someone ask if it had open exhaust, that was with exhaust correct?
Moon it has back to mufflers, rear pipes are gone . They are loud with out tail pipes , my son thought they where off the manifold at first .
I couldn't backflip 20 years ago LOL. But i can do the little dance LOL
Nice sounding, is it "stock"? Going to have the rest of body parts ect. installed to go for a ride next weekend?
Earl
Earl yes its stock , it will go down the street soon with out fenders i'm ready .
As long as you have a go-stop- pedal and steering your good to go. After 11 years, I would have it out for test drive as soon as I put tires on it!
Earl
Nice purr to that engine! Congrats.:3dSMILE:
Earl first thing was brakes then drive shaft this way i could stop it even if i couldn't get it to go LOL.
Steve Thank You all i did was main and rod bearings and they weren't bad . i just did them for satisfaction on being renewed.
Well, it runs! Now to get the rest of it put together! Way to go, Bobby!
Can't wait to see the first burn out. Nothing like the feeling when things work like the should, good job.
Richard
Dave soon thats the plan now thats its mobile .
Richard don't think the neighbors will like a burn out . I'll just cruise it in the subdivision a little.
Congrats Bobby it sounds really good!!! BTW what clutch fan are you using? Hayden 2710? And how much room do you have from it to the rad?
FFR thanks and its one i ordered from a mustang supply NPD . The fan shroud hasn't been installed was in the shed still and was forgotten i will get it on soon .
