You are downloading a "zipped" image file, and it is not viewable on the forum. Unzip the file on your computer, then check to make sure that the picture is no larger than a 600 x 400 pixel image. Then save it in a "jpg" format. Download that file to the forum and everyone can take a look at your wheels. Maybe then you'll get some help.
