    Get it low, get some fenders from a dually to add to the rear quarters then fill them with huge tires and some good looking rims with a lot of offset. Some of the later dually fenders are a little sleeker than the ones from the 70s. Or you could narrow the 70s vintage ones a little if need to get the right look. Smooth the tailgate with some nice pins or graphics. Put a matching or contrasting hard tonneau cover on it. Put some of the stainless grill pieces on the front.

    There are a ton of aftermarket parts to customize these trucks. You may be able to pick some up on EBay or Craigs List too.
