I positively LOVE '37-39 Buicks (a '39 coupe would be perfect to me), they are so clean and stately looking. The similar year Olds and Pontiacs suffer from real clunky looking grilles, but if you can get past that they are decent prospects.

If you're looking for cheap this one looks awful promising, though the description is weak. If the floor pic is representative, it looks like it's not a total rust bucket. It's got a lot of the "small" pieces that add up fast if you've got to buy them separately (not to pick on the Zephyr, but all the neat goodies look to have been stripped from it as a comparison). The grille would be a relatively expensive item to replace, but at the buying price that hasn't drawn a bid in a few days (especially considering it's got a title) it looks like a steal to me (again, if price is the priority). It looks like this is the kind of car that will come with box loads of take off parts, so might be close to a complete car. Just a suggestion.
