i give up
I am facing the fact that my projects are piling up faster than they are being completed.
I have a new psychology which I intend to apply to my life as a whole:
If it has value, sell it. If not, junk it.
I want to get rid of the crap I have pack-ratted away and not use.
To that end: I have decided to sell my 36 chevrolet master sedan. It is VERY rough, and I will simply NEVER have time to do it. Meanwhile, it has survived several tarps, and mother nature is chewing on it. Need to give it up to someone whom can get it back on the road.
TO THAT END:
I have already sold the exhaust I had sitting around from a 77 firebird. Dude has agreed to buy the 36 ( at a small profit, no-less) AND cart off a BOP 350 transmission, and a rear end from an 84 trans am.
its a good start. TO GO:
66 C 10 stepside
6 cyl engine + 3 speed from a 55 Bel Aire
3 speed from a 64 C 10 w/ shifter
Pontiac 301 + 350 turbo trans
Dodge 318 + 904 trans ( med. high stall converter )
complete brakes replacement for 86 dodge diplomat- discs, drums, shoes, pads + new pads, calipers, police standard calipers
69 chevelle nomad.. nice ( $5K )
didn't intend for this to become a sales sheet.. just saying..
I give up. If I can get rid of all of the above, it leaves me with only the 66 C10 which is proving to be a VERY inconvenient project..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
