Drove up to Turlock for the annual auto swap and show. Turnout was off due to forecast rain. But it turned out to be an ok day, just a little wind. I scored a nice survivor instrument cluster and passenger side unit with clock for my 55 Chevy project.
It always amazes me to see what some expect to get for outright junk! I know original steel is hard to find. But some of these pieces have more bullet holes than steel!! I think you might be better off to just buy a completed project than rescue one of those.
But, if one is patient, nuggets can be found. Sorry, my camera is down, but no real standout cars anyway.
