I think that the Highway Traffic Act is the same just about everywhere, and it states that "nothing shall impede the foreward vision of the driver". If your local cops are a bunch of dicks, then you will probably be ticketed for it, or at the very least be told to remove it. If they are not dicks, then you might be okay .
