I am thinking this short list is more what you are looking for:
engine mounts
exhaust
radiator
radiator hoses
throttle & transmission brackets
A/C, alternator, power steering brackets
flywheel or pressure plate
transmission bell housing
shifter linkage
trans mount
driveshaft
fuel line
electrical harness.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
