Salt/Dry Lakes
We all know that the foundation of our sport, was when young blokes wanted to make their ole jalopy's go faster and beat their mates, and before long, this attention was turned to the salt and dry lakes where the thirst for speed was quenched, (at least for a little while).
I havn't been to the salt, and over here, there really is only one place to go Lake Gardiner, but I'd love to hear any stories or experiences you lot may have.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
