    Painting over an engine ?'s

I've got a chance to buy a built 327 from a guy who doesn't need it at a pretty good price, the only problem is that for his application he put a thin coat of high temp black paint on the block and heads, and I really want chevy orange. the build was just done in June of this year...never been run yet...what's the best way to put a nice coat of bright orange on this block if I were to get it?
FYI, I'm building a '32 ford 3W coupe hi-boy, so the engine will kind of be the centerpiece of this car, so I want something that will both look good and be durable and last.
Any thoughts on the POR 15 engine enamel?
