My Migh-T-y Fine Sedan
Thought id fill you guys in on my '27 T sedan that ive been working for roughly the past year. Had the car for a year and a half but only 'worked' on it for the past year.

This is pretty much were it started. Just a body i bought off a buddy for $900. Came partially chopped 8 1/2", finished the rest off soon after i got the car. Originaly planned to put in a nailhead but that went down hill when i had a hard time locating a trans. So i ended up getting a 283 th400 combo. Which turned out to be the easiest to work with. Built the frame from scratch out of some 2x3.

Now im just waiting to finish up fab and get everything primed. Then put it back together to run all my lines and check final fitment. Finish the body work and then i may just run it like that for now. Wait till winter till i lay down some flake. Dont have money right now and the show season is quickly approaching.
More Pics here
Hope you like it, and let me know what you think.

I like a lot of things about it, but especially the 6 x 2 carbs and the way you did the frame. Nice to see another fan of those slicks too.

Looks good! ;)
I have 2 '27 T's. My wifes Tudor Sedan is full fendered, with a turbo'd Buick V6/t350 (soon to be a Vortec 4.3), Nissan 300 ZX posi IRS and tubular IFS, disk brackes all around, basicly stock body, soon to get a rear delivery door.
Mine is a Pro street '27 T Coupe with a 392 Hemi with 15" stack Hilborn, which I converted to electornic injectors, with "Venom" piggy back NOS dry system, funny car type baffled headers, M21 with V-gate shifter, and a complete Chassisworks 9" rear 4-link frame and shocks, 10 spokes in front and Craigers SS in the rear. All back apart to install the rear clip, and now packed, so I can sell my house and move.

That is really nice! I also like those tires. Very nice rod!
-
Great job coming along well. Looks like you'll be low in those seats .
-
is this going to be an all out show car or a rat rod? either way I think it has potential to be bad-ass.
-
Looking good, i love that body style, gonna be a bad ride soon
-
Thanks guys.
Bluestang67, The seats do make it look like youd sit low, but when i sit in it, im looking right out the center of the windshield.
Joehalford01, The cars gonna be an all out 60's type showcar. Down to the blue metalflake vinyl interior, with white accents. Hopefully i can do that myself but ill see how good i am with a sewing machine.

But heres some shots of the car in its new home. Itll stay there from now on. Hopefully ill have electric there soon and finish of the inside. Have progress of that on the garagejournal. Ill try to get the doors finished completly since theyre home. New skins and bearclaws, hope to get it bondoed and primed too. Then ill work on getting the rest fone once the barn is finished. So this'll be my last update for a few months.
