I bought from Dave a setup that uses a turbo fan and pushes air into a hood. You put the fan outside the area your painting in and you get nice clean air and no breathing in any fumes! Works great! When the time comes to paint yours, you can borrow it, just pay shipping both ways. That may be a bit expensive as it's rather heavy. But, I would definitely find one and use it!
I thought you would like that gadget - it sure is nice to be able to breathe after a day of painting plus not see that crud when you blow your nose for a week after.

Good grief, Mike - what kind of pressure were you spraying with that you had to "lower" a FL3 to 30psig?
