Forced vacation can never be a good thing but at least it provided some time to work on the car! So there is alway the silver lining!

What do you think of Randy's idea of meeting up with our cars? I'm excited about it already!

    Comin around the bend!

I'm making good progress on the book with a few details left and looking forward to getting back to the car.

Sounds like it could be a great time . Randy is about a 40 hours or more drive west of me and your are a easy 20 hours east so I am almost in the middle . We would have to ship Randy here and drive east a little but still sounds great .

My engine is coming together and should be ready to be placed back in the rails this week end . Mount the trans and sit the body on for some finalizing on the pedal assembly's .

I agree, it has the possibilities of being the most fun you can have with your pants on!

I'm sure we could find some midwest location to hookup at! Dave & the Professor will be coming in from Virginia or there abouts. I think I'll be the furthest North of this gang.

    .
Bobby, mapquest says I'm only 29hrs 51min from you or 2015 miles. Could be a fun little road trip. I would definitely have to get my cruise control hooked up!

30 hours would be about 3 days travel time for me . Not into long hauling it anymore . If we have it planned for 2 years also should have the 37 rolling . Just received the TCI rear spring kit the other day .
