Umm, they don't look american. let teh ferigners kills themselvs with stunts like there.
here we got unions and politicians that will protect us from ourselves, even if it kills us
I have looked around several construction sites around and found something is true. Many of our buildings are being built by foreigners. For all we know, this pic could have been taken at any construction in the US. This country is going to the dogs. All of the work is leaving the country, and there is an influx of menial laborers. = loss of jobs for AMERICANS. The jobs are being being taken by people who haven't dried out from their swim yet. I sincerely urge anyone who has reservations about the influx from down south to listen to Tim Wilson's Gettin' My Mind Right. It is a wonderful comedy CD that, from reading many of the posts on here, I believe many people would like if they haven't already heard it.
I am having mixed feelings about mixed drinks!:whacked:
Wow, you aren't kidding. That's pretty stupid. Those guys using the fork lift ain't too bright either. I'm not gonna preach cause this is a HOTROD forum not my personal recruiting center. I'll leave the paragraphs of common sense vs misplaced anger out as it probably wouldn't do any good.Quote:
Danger! Extreme stupidity inside.
Hey, just a bunch of guys thinking outside the box. If it works they get a pat on the back for a job well done and a Sushi lunch on the boss. If it fails, heck, half of 'em will be dead, and the other half will probably get fired. :HMMM: :D
Larry
It does make for an iteresting pic, though. Yes, they were thinking outside the box. To tell you the truth, if I didn't have the tools I needed, I might have done this. Personally I think this kind of thing oughta be allowed in some form with supervision in the US. Bout the only really stupid guy on there is the one standing on the forks of the bottom lift, wedged between the rack and the second lift. If that second lift shifted, he'd be history. Rest of them seem to have the right idea.Quote:

Judging from the boxes setting around and the overall emptiness of the surroundings, I'd say they were installing it. This may well be in a foreign country. Then again, maybe not. As I said, with the influx of foreign laborers, it could be in the US. As for where was OSHA, I think it was them that got a hold of this pic. It was sent around the local nuclear plant as part of their "ultimate safety" plan. Essentially, if no one does anything, no one gets hurt. Don't ya just love the way they try to eliminate natural selection? As for whether or not it went off without a hitch, I am left to assume it did. I have new Darwin Awards emailed to me, and regularly read back ones, and I have not seen any come up like this one. But don't you think the accident report would make great reading material? :LOL:Quote:

I'm not for certain but I think that is just a good C&P job. Something just don't look quite right in the way of proportions. I could be wromng though.

Man that is a thing of beauty!! I figure that with 7 guys making just about $2.00 an hour each...would guess it is in the Phillipines which pays a little higher...and no OSHA or personal injury Lawyers, they probably can afford to do stuff like this.
First, I agree with Larry M's comment. Second, It could be in the U.S. (after they got rid of the union) If there's no union there's no one to tell OSHA when stuff like this goes on.
