Figure me this, it's a cinch!
Okay, so a European/American mix brought out a few moans. Here's one that is all American, and mid-western to boot (how's that for generosity).
Name this car! And for the genuinely adventuresome, name the chassis that was used and what the company did as it's mainline business.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say who ever designed it was related to the builder of the green "33 Ford" that was auctioned on E Bay for $5900 a while back.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

I’m sure that Mr. Brisco will jump right into this thread as soon as he’s back online, and save the rest of us the grief of trying to figure out this car’s heritage. But, my stab in the dark is that there is mid 70’s Cadillac Eldorado influence here… Uncle Bob, Is it time to give the rest of us a hint?

What's with all the whinin' and cryin' for clues and relief ON THE FIRST DAY??? This is an exercise in broadening your automotive history horizons!!
At least I didn't pull a Streets and give you some tiny, little, fuzzy, postage stamp sized pic with no visible styling cues!!

Sorry Dan, I missed your one question about amphibious, it's not. No Joe, not a Lincoln. No four wheel drive.
If you look closely you'll see there is no door on the side.
You entered through the door in the back. Since I'm feeling more generous this morning here's one more. The name is four letters..............which precludes it being a Parme, which I thought was a much more handsome rig.

Bob, the "no door" thing is what made me think amphibious... thanks for the extra "help". It's tough doing this "extra credit" homework while I'm holding down a fulltime job. But I know, no pain no gain!
Dave, you being a roadster guy, maybe they chopped the top out for you... that is a removable top there isn't it?
