"sectioning" is a method of custom body work where there is actually two cut lines that go around the entire body of the car and a "section" (usally 2-3" or so) is removed from the body to give the body a lower look from the lowest pertion of the body to the higest portion of the body.
If done properly it is a very nice looking mod
