Steel Body On Vette Chaisis
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has tried putting a steel roadster body on a corvette frame and chaisis. I am at the point of body work on my '74 coupe and was thinking that an open-wheeled hot rod might be just what I need. All opinions and ideas are greatly appreciated.

I was trying to convince my brother to cut the body off his VW fox and I would help him bolt on a '23 T bucket body and a functioning turtledeck, he didn't like the idea though.Originally posted by techinspector1

Man, that would leave a lot o' ugly underpinnings hangin' out in the breeze. If you're going to show your underwear, it needs to be a bit fancy . . . or at least clean, if you get my drift.Jack
