Hi-Boy or Not???

I have heard a few different opinions on what cars are considered Hi-Boys and which one are not, one guy will say he has a hi-boy and another guy will tell him he doesn't. What is the most widely accepted criteria used when determining if a car is a true Hi-Boy or not? All responses will be appreciated.

If the frame is visible, it's a hiboy.

Matt is correct. The generally accepted definition of a hiboy is that the body is not channeled, but sits on top of the frame. The term is usually applied to cars without fenders or severely bobbed fenders.
