Boy I sure did, but not one exactly like that. That particular style was one of the early ones known as a double spear fork (or double harpoon) type, and was used for loose hay. There were some laying around when I was a kid but they had been pretty much replaced by a style that was more suited for bales rather than loose hay.

They were used in conjunction with a hay trolley to move hay into the haymow in the barn. We mostly used an elevator to get hay into the mows in the 60s but there were still some barns that it was more convenient to use the hooks and trolley.

Of course we used a tractor instead of a horse to lift the hay.
