so, these cars are like, never done.
So, I keep a small screwdriver in the 75 firebird to tweak the idle, and maybe one day I'll find the sweet spot.
Whoever built the thing put in a grumpy cam, kept all the smog era junk stock, so, only $$ can fix it.

The carbon fiber wrap i did on the center console has a less than perfect finish, but the old resin i used needed extra time to fully cure. Meanwhile it looks on, and holds the high power 6X9s fine.

The amp is hanging around in the rear floorboard, and does its job just fine.

The moral of the story, is that I finally got it drivable and on the weekends thats what I do. Just enjoying it for now. For some, the build is the real joy. For me, it's getting to hear the young-un say "Look Dad, it's a race car!"
