My car was on Roadkill! Sorta!

My wife and I were watching the so-called Lost Episode of Roadkill last night from the 2015 Power Tour and noticed my car got quick shot. I'm kinda stoked. Out of all the video clips that they could have used (and I'm sure they had tons to chose from), they picked a clip with my car. In the screen pic, the C10 belongs to a guy in Jackson, MS, the 46 Coupe is mine, the GTO behind me is also from Jackson and the 68 Camaro behind him is the guy in the C10's brother. No idea who the 39 Chevy belongs to.

Looks like I got my 15 seconds of fame or at least my car did!:3dSMILE::LOL: Actually, the old car made it to Hot Rod's website two different times that week in their picture gallery which changed daily. I guess some editor thought it had the right look for them. That meant a lot too since there were around 6000 cars passing by their cameras each day. I saved those shots and had them blown up to put on my "car wall".

Congrats Mike!!! I've had a couple cars that got a lot of recognition! It was from the Sioux Falls Police Department, does that count?

Dave, that sounds a lot like infamy, but that definitely counts too. That's how a lot of legends are born. Just look at Billy the Kid!:LOL:

I don't know, Bob. Except for an occasional fleeting appearance by the cat, it would just be a fat, gray haired old guy puttering around a shop that looks like a hot rod version of "Hoarders", arguing with no one in particular (except maybe the cat) about how to do some hot rod thing. Probably not a lot of entertainment value. But then again, considering the questionable quality of most "reality" shows, it might just be a hit.:LOL:

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Other than wanting his ears scratched occasionally, he's not much on interaction. Mostly just sleeps until he wants back in the house to get a snack. He has me trained well.
