Ian, my grandson in the Marine Corps, just returned from a 6 month Med cruise. I believe they spent most of the time in the Persian Gulf. He spent about a month in Bahrain at the Air Force base. As I suspected he wasn't too thrilled with ship board life and has little love for the Navy. I'm just glad he is home safe and sound.
