    It was actually quite easy; although it took me a couple of years.
    In essence: all I did was not put so much tucker into my face, and the easiest way to do that was to stop snacking, and use a smaller dinner plate.
    The plate was still full; but held only half the tucker.

    Edit: sorry! Kiwi slang: tucker = food!

    '64 A.C. Cobra replica. Ford 429, C6 auto, Torana ifs, Jaguar irs.
