We're not disrespecting you. We know you work hard and you do a great job here on CC. Sorry if you took my asking about deleting photo's was in anyway causing you troubles, or seeming to be riding on your back about this issue.
Best RegardsKevin

Simple.
1: Nobody has stepped up to the plate that is qualified or does not have an agenda of their own in the last 10+ years.
2: Who can you delegate, if you do not have a qualified candidate willing to step up to the plate in the first place. Tough to pass a simple online psych exam, either they are in it for the power, or not in it at all. Sadly I am the last of the original 6 Moderators here.
I don't take offense, as I have a thick skin (head
), but a post such as yours requires a response. We (think about this, just one mod here, and at Clubcobra, just one at each forum left) have lives off the web, families, friends, other interests, we have full time jobs, and we are unpaid volunteers here. We were asked to step up to the plate, and we did so, without reservation. Mods have come and gone on both sites, some left due to the stress of it all, not realizing how much work behind the scenes it really is/was, some are sadly no longer with us on the plane of existence. It's not a glamorous job, you have to walk that double edged sword every time you post, as you will always be making decisions that will either make someone happy, or not. I could go on and on, but I'm now headed to the coffee pot for cup #2 with the love of my life before we head out the door.

Just ask. You and Brent can pick from who ever responds. You have to pass an online Psych exam to be a moderator here? I'm a mod on another forum and we didn't have to do any of that. And as far as having to watch what you post..... I hate to tell you but you don't have to be a mod to have that issue here lately. I'm not picking at you or throwing stones just trying to help you and maybe make this place flow better. So don't take offense thinking I'm coming at you. I know how much time doing a mod job can eat up.Ryan
