Charity Auction
An old friend of mine (long time friend, plus much older than me) is hosting an auction in Overland Park, KS October 21st. He's putting twenty cars from his collection, plus several pedal cars and a few neon signs up with no reserves, all proceeds donated to St Luke's Hospital's Heart/CardioVascular Programs. If you scroll down, everything from the Willys neon sign and further down is denoted "Thompson Collection". Some nice cars in the bunch! I really like the mint green shoebox woody, which Frank bought from California within the past year. Another beauty is the red & white '56 Ford - it's just "right". Bone stock, but sits right.
