Roger, so sorry to hear your loss, our prayers are with you. Matt
We were fortunate to meet Roger and Susan when we took a tour of Route 66 in September/October 2013.
We also had the fortunate experience of being able to reciprocate their hospitality in October/November 2014 when the Spears visited New Zealand.
They both impressed us very much both times, and when we were told of Susan's illness our hearts went out to them both.
She was a lovely personable lady; and so it is with a heavy heart that I write these few lines.
She will be sorely missed.
jb and Rosie Norton.
Rodger, deepest condolence for your loss, thoughts and prayers sent your way.
Bob

Roger my thoughts and prayers to you.
.
Roger, My prayers go out to you for your loss.
Best suggestion I have is to sit down every once in a while and remember the good times.
May they stick with you forever.
Blessings & prayer to you and your family, Roger.
Roger, I'm so sorry for your loss. I like to think that our loved ones are waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge.
.
Very sorry to hear of your loss, Roger-I have been reflecting lately on how much my Wife means to me, and I know it can be over before I'm ready (I'll probably be first though)-it seems the time together with our Soulmate is so short (but the memories never die)-
God Bless you, you are a good man (from what I've seen), and I hope you find ways to keep yourself occupied (and happy)-
My sincere condolences and blessings for your family.
I too send my heart felt condolences to you Roger and your family. May Susan rest in peace and take comfort that you both will be together again in paradise.
Not sure what else I can say Mr. Spears. I only got to meet Sue for a couple/three days and feel like I've known you both for a lifetime.
A special time that I'll never forget.
I pray you can find peace and serenity easily and quickly.
Sorry to hear about Susan, I can honestly say I know what you're going through.
Roger----sincerely so sorry to hear of your loss--It seems that every day I get up I'm finding out about a friend, relative or family member of them that has passed away-----------some days I just don't want to look, others it seems like they have escaped from a painful world for a better place --------at least , as we are all getting up there in age, it won't be so long before we rejoin our loved ones-----------Thoughts are with you
Seems to be the price to pay for growing old.
Thank you all for your comments, cares & concerns. I said in another place that it seems that we too often don't really know what we have in a relationship until it's gone, and then we feel guilty for not making more of it when we could have. I'm not really looking for another round of comments here, just mentioning what's come to my mind in the past couple of weeks, and encouraging you to value what you have.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I don't have any clever thing to say that fixes the pain of loss, I pray for peace during this time for you.
Roger, I was so sorry to see the day your wife passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Take good care of those kids and grand kids for her!
