Sweet Ride Enjoy !!! roid
I like the way the axles are stretched out. Nice stance, I could see you in that.
Super clean and a big welcome to the T Family Don but, I know that once the itch has been satisfied, that lovely looking T will be off to a new home. Tell us please the engine transmission combination going to that beautiful quick change ? You still got the '40 Panel delivery haven't you ?
Shadow Rods body? If so, that's one of the few where someone got the proportions right.
Well the body proportions are perfect and unlike some, you can't see the " Stretch " in it . You go give it a good thrashing around your country lanes and then let us know how well it handles, you never know, the smile may be glued on your face for weeks.
I didn't ask about "Old Crow 2" as we know how special that car is and I for one would be stunned and amazed if it ever got sold.
Very cool Don. Even if stretched, I think you'll need goggles! That's a pretty low windshield. When you get it home, post a bunch of pics.
That looks super cool and for once I like the shortened '32 grille on a non '32 car. That is so well done it is perfect.
Just noticed Don in that last photo of the newest garage companion, does the front shocks mount to a bracket off the spring ? You have said that it handles extremely well so the suspension must be working absolutely fine but I just noticed where the shock mounted and wondered.
Exactly what I thought but from the angle of the photo, I just kept coming to the idea that it was attached to the spring which just didn't make sense. Thanks Don as I do like to study how others build cars and all the different ways of suspending them and especially as you had mentioned how well it handled and sat glued to the road.
