A stock, OEM production manifold mounting a well-set-up Quadrajet, stock torque converter and 2.73:1 rear gears turning 26" tall, narrow tires aired to 35 psi and with all excess weight removed from the vehicle.

run the proper cfm carb for the motor is a good starting point.

Yeh--narrow 26 inch tall tires will work on a scooter/bike---------
