Our first house
I haven't really taken the time to post pics and info of our new to us house. We moved in the last weekend in April and have been doing work on it and trying to make it ours. I have been installing a fence to keep the kids and dogs in our yard too. The house was built in 1914, is a 3 bed room with a pretty big attic, and a nice basement. I plan on making a man cave area down there at some point. The house has newer wiring with grounded outlets, central air, which is new, newer furnace and water heater. It is in town, and has a double lot which is .38 acres. We really wanted an acerage, but couldn't find one in our price range. This was the best thing we could find in our price range that had a big yard, big house, and a garage. The garage is a 28'x30' and is fully insulated. It had heavy wiring ran to it and has natural gas ran to it for a reasnor type furnace already. So far my Dad came over and helped me wire in my 220, I purchased a new IR 5hp 60 gallon air compressor so I can keep the one at my shop at my parent's so that is still a functioning shop, we got a better lawn mower, and it's been busy, busy.
