    It was a good shout.

I amazed ( see shocked ) the realtor whom represented the last house I bought, when I crawled in under to take a look.

She was amazed I dit it, I was amazed none of her other clients hadn't. I couldn't conceive of buying something as expensive as a house or car, without looking the horse in the mouth.

Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Yikes some bad new there. Hopefully he won't charge you too much for the repairs!

Sorry to hear all the painful news. But it shouldn't be to bad of a repair(s) and it'll give peace of mind knowing the Bario Bros. have been exorcised just a bit more..

Now it's more you and less them!

So far so good but all we addressed was to service the transmission, they built me a new trans mount cross memeber and got the various items secured and not touching the drive shaft. Got it back home and it ran and shifted great as always so now I'll start doing mini spins and see if any unwanted puddles start showing up on the concrete. Only thing I'm really concerned with now is the rear end fluid that was slung everywhere so I may address that sooner than I wanted to. $247 I'm happy !

Yeah, keeping the oil in the right place is always important! 8-)

247? Better than an insurance policy! 8-)

Went through that with the 9" rear in the Shelby this summer. Not much left of the ring gear after the pinion shifted and chewed it up. New axle seals and bearings at the same time, good to go for another 60K hard miles. Even got a chance to test it out the other day

Can't let a set of 8 year old BFG's go to waste before I replace them in the spring .

Still working on a slight bog issue, but already know it may never go away as the stock base plate on the Ford/Holley carb has microcracks. A proper replacement has yet to be found.

Perhaps it was the Sheriffs car making the left turn at the intersection I was headed towards. I smiled and waved as I drove past him, tire smoke slowly venting from both open windows. Then made the quick right on to the road he just turned off of and made a beeline home. Of course, I am the only Grabber Orange 69 GT500 in a 400+ mile radius, so I'm certain if he wanted to pull me over, he could have.
