First photo is what I woke up to this morning on my street. Went up the hill to see what was coming (multiples) and the rest are colors in the air all morning. Last edited by Scooting; 10-11-2014 at 07:54 PM.

Fall is truly a color event. In the last one, Darth Vader has been here before but for the first time, his enemy Yoda rose.

Ray, we had planned to come down this week for the balloon fest, but other plans got revised and made it not the right time. That's still an event that we'd like to attend one of these days.... Maybe next fall.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I'm jealous! We used to have a balloon festival here in Tucson, but it left about 20 years ago.

The balloons are still getting more outrageous! :-)

Thank You for all the wonderful pictures. I haven't seen the balloon fest since 2001, Yogi Bear was the one I remembered most...

 Thanks Again.

 Thanks to all. Enjoy.
Our best year here was when Santa Clause landed in our back yard. Every kid for blocks around quit breakfast and came running.

Roger, if you are ever headed this way, holler! After looking at Balloons, we will take the flatlander in you and put you 2 miles high on the mountain within minutes. Also, there are some wonderful hidden local restaurants that are worth the taste. Be glad to be the tour guide.

Wow, that is a lot of balloons! Very cool, thanks for sharing them. That sure beats the local balloon fest near us. Ryan
