I certainly take the "credit" for things not working as they should. I almost had the "opportunity" to be at this full time having just missed a layoff recently...I told myself that I would take a spare time activity and turn it into mostly full time to get through the issues, but unfortunately I stayed employed. :)
That said, I really do recognize the challenges. There's some stuff I just need to focus on and fix and there's a lot of things that I am just honestly very gun shy about adjusting/updating. In the past, all hell broke loose when I updated the site and that has really put me in a deer in the headlights situation, as I really don't want to piss people off...I'm sure that in the past people felt like I didn't care that I changed the experience and people were upset, but nothing could have been further from the truth. It has made me fearful to do much, and I have let it affect my maintenance as well. I'll work to do better and apologize for the problems.
