Absolutely fantastic, never question the resolve of United States veterans.
very touching---thanks Roger for posting it---------
there have been many times that as I flew into DCA that I looked over there and wanted to peel off and do a low pass for all our heros that are there-------------
WOW, now my eyes are blurry and the keyboards wet.... some great men there!
You seem like a good candidate to be an owner of an old war bird, Jerry.
Thank you for that.
Amen to all comments above. My eyes are watery after watching this clip. For those who have not been to Arlington I would encourage you to add it to your bucket list - especially if you're a veteran. It's too bad funding for memorial services have been cut. I understand in some places there's not even funding for a live rendition of Taps - how sad. Wonder how many fly overs could be performed for what it cost to run several full size aircraft to Hawaii and back?
Regards all,
Glenn
Wow, that is really awesome that those pilots did that and were allowed to do so. It's crazy some of the things the govt tries to not allow that won't harm anything. Especially when it comes to our troops. It drives me nuts and I didn't even serv. May those 2 men rest in peace!
thank you for posting that- sends shivers down my spine and shows the remarkable respect you show for your fallen members of the armed forces.
