Are you saying that you're paying rent on space to do engine work, but the engine work doesn't show enough profit to even pay the rent, plus it's taking too much time to allow you to work on the cars you're wanting to build? If that's the case it sounds like a no brainer. Buy engines from someone else, and build the cars you want to build.
