Hi,

I am new to the forum, just wanted to drop a line and get to know a few people. The car in the Avatar is the family Nomad that I grew up on (Dad will probably be buried in it).

I grew up fortunate enough to be around people like Grumpy and Smokey (in his Phase IV days) via my Pops being a gear head, although I was too young to realize the legends I was irritating as a kid.

I have two boys (fraternal twins, hence the screen name), one of which is special needs, but fortunately for me and his brother- loves loud cars.

I sold my Chevy II to build an A-V8 with them as a family project. I have built several 50-70's era cars, but never an old roadster (exclusing a Fad-T, but that is a different story). I hope I can gain from the experience of any old schoolers out there that will assist.

So, my favorite flavor is water, favorite color is clear, I like long walks of short piers........not sure there is much else I can say other than "Hi" again and I hope to make some friends here.
