Some pictures of the girls
Mate....I now have goose bumps from looking at those photos. You all have done an excellent job of bringing those two little angels from the darkness of hell into the light of a loving family, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Now wish the little angel Lisha a happy birthday fro us down under too please. Oh does this mean she starts school now like here in New Zealand ?
Thanks Whip! Yes, Lisha will be in school next year, and Lexi will be in a head start program and going half days. Lexi is a year + younger, almost the same height, and outweighs Lisha!!! Quite a change from what she was!!!!
Truly amazing to me to look at the pics and remember poor little Lisha with her arm in a cast, and Lexi barely even alive that July day we got to the hospital in Iowa and began our quest to get them home with us!!! I thank the Good Lord everyday for the wonderful lady in Iowa's Child Protective Services who pulled all the strings necessary to get the girls coming home with us one week later without all the usual legal hassles and delays!!!!
Those sure are two very pretty little girls (or, maybe one is a Princess?)! Are you sure they're yours? I mean, uh, you know, you're good lookin' an all, but............:)
Now that's better! Especially that last pic with all the smiles!!! You'er a good man Charlie Brown... God Bless You and Momma.. 8-)
Happy Birthday.
Things happen for a reason and those girls are where they belong.
