Heck , my mistake it is a Chevy pickup, I thought from my rusty old memory bank that it was a Ford and I was trying to be clever by saying it was a Ford with a Chevy in it. Oh well, I will bury my head back into the sand eh...

Ultimate sleeper? Rusty dirty pickemup!
I heard it is in a Movie that is out currently..........maybe it's the Fast & Furious (which I call the Slow & the Stupid :) )or one of those type of Movies..........
It's on a TV show about street racers in Oklahoma City....
Quite the sleeper of a truck, a look at it on the road would quickly discount what it's cap[able of doing. Had a kid in high school who's uncle was a turbo engineer. He used to make turbo charged sleeper Vega's, and race people who were quite surprised when they lost.
That is pretty impressive, and yes, it is certainly a sleeper. It reminds me of a guy I worked with in the early sixties who had a 1939 GMC pickup that was "patinaed", to use a more modern word, the fenders shook and sort of flopped a bit, and it would shut down almost anything on the road - he ran a few different engines in it, but Caddilacs and big Oldsmobiles were his favorites.
