Yes he has had a tough year!!!! I'd like to see him win a few before the season is over!!! After qualifying was over yesterday he definitely had that devious grin back on his face and a bit of a bounce in his step!!!!!
I never heard the outcome of his "showdown" with NASCAR... I wonder if he paid that fine?.?.? I doubt it! LOL..

Wow, Bruton Smith (the man who brought us 4 wide drag racing) now has a cable fall on the track and damage a bunch of cars!!!! A 15 minute time out to fix the damage!!!!
Now a "cable" of some sort from the TV crew stops the race!
