We'll have to get together sometime this summer and see who knows who, still know a bunch of folks involved in racing it's just that they're all a bunch of old farts now!!!!!! Would be fun to spend some time visiting down that way, maybe one of the NASCAR races at the big track east of Des Moines????

Sounds good Dave! Sprint cars are pretty big around here thanks to Knoxville Raceway. The Newton Speedway is the race track that has some nascar races around here. Hopefully they can keep it here. It's been packed every race, so we shall see.

Well, Rusty Wallace is still involved in the track, I think it'll be around! Have to check the schedule for the summer and see when it might work to come down there this year! Good racing whenever the trucks or Nationwide cars are there!

As for Knoxville, it's true that the big board fence in turn 1 and 2 is just as solid as any concrete wall!!!!
