That was good - - - a nasty trick, but good.
I did something like that to a co-worker one time in his Porsche 911; thought he was gonna kill me when we got parked in the truck bay at the shop, but he was shaking so bad he could hardly walk, and it humbled him down a real good bit, too; he had a tendency to act like his cars gave him some sort of importance.
