Charlie, Google it and get to the Chevy S10 Forum. It appears that this is a common problem on the '99 to '03 S10's, and replacing the ABS Module seems to be the prescribed fix. See Post #11 and #30 here - ABS & Parking Brake Lights On. Could use some help - S-10 ForumRoger
